SHIPPING:
Our normal processing time to ship orders is 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to receive in-stock items and 7-14 business days to receive custom orders.
Standard shipping is FREE on all orders in Canada and the continental USA. Please contact us directly to discuss faster shipping alternatives (paid), as well as shipping outside of Canada or continental USA.
We are not liable for any costs incurred at borders, based on that country's import and customs laws.
HOW DO I KNOW MY BRACELET WILL FIT?
We create a variety of sizes for our pieces. We suggest measuring your wrist and adding 1/2-1" for comfort depending on how fitted you want your bracelet to be. If you don't see your size in the standard order menu, please make note of it in the comment box at check out.

WHY DOESN'T MY PIECE LOOK EXACLY AS PICTURED?
Due to the variations formed in natural gemstones, every piece is unique and may not look exactly as pictured. If a piece is significantly different, you will be contacted in advance of shipping to approve the item.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY NEW JEWELRY?
Beaded jewelry can be delicate, so when getting dressed it should be the last piece on and the first to take off. For bracelets, you should slide it onto your hand and then "roll" it over your hand and onto your wrist. Care should be taken not to wear your jewelry in chlorinated pools or leave them out in high temperatures.
Elastic: In order to offer maximum comfort, bracelets are strung on high quality elastic. To extend the life of your elastic, simply "roll" your bracelet on and off and avoid "pulling" it. Elastic can stretch over time; stretching is not a manufacturer defect in the product.
Sterling Silver: Our precious metals can be cleaned with a basic polishing cloth.
With this basic care, your new jewelry is built to last and can be worn on a daily basis!

DO YOU DO GROUP AND WHOLESALE ORDERS?
Yes! We do group and wholesale orders, just send us an email and we’d be happy to help you out. Group orders of 10 or more pieces receive 10% off their total order and Wholesale orders receive 25% off the total order amount. Click here to learn more.
DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?
Yes! If your necklace or bracelet needs to be restrung the costs are as follows.
- Bracelets: $15
- Malas/necklaces: $35
These costs include return shipping. Any further repair costs or changes are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to get started.
