LAVA ROCK (AKA BASALT): Lava rock is an igneous type of rock, which means it was formed when magma erupted from a volcano.  Lava is porous, making the rock an ideal stone to add essential oils as it will be absorbed into the stone, allowing the lava rock to become the perfect portable oil diffuser.  Lava rock is a grounding stone and can help promote feelings of courage and strength when worn.

WOODEN BEADS: Natural wood beads are porous, allowing essential oils to be easily absorbed into the bead.  All wood provides a calming effect but Rosewood in particular can help promote feelings of compassion, healing, love and spirituality.
